SST Group is a forward-thinking engineering and manufacturing group, known for its commitment to innovation and operational excellence. Over the coming three years, Therion will work alongside SST to: 

• Provide strategic digital advisory, acting as a fractional CTO for the business 

• Transition the business to Therion OS, our next-gen platform designed to reduce complexity and drive efficiency 

• Manage IT services and third-party suppliers, creating seamless digital operations 

• Deliver high-impact transformation projects, from ERP and data to HR systems and compliance 

The focus is on enabling SST’s people, streamlining operations, and aligning digital investment to long-term business goals.

Welcoming New Talent

To support this ambitious programme, we’re proud to announce two exceptional new hires: 

• Richard Larder has come aboard as our new Chief Product Officer, bringing decades of experience in product strategy and digital transformation 

• Lewis Foulger joins us as a Specialist Digital Engineer, with deep technical insight and delivery experience across SST’s systems. 

Their combined knowledge and continuity will be instrumental in helping us deliver impact from day one.
